2. Nature of Processed Data and Local-First Architecture

The App implements a strict privacy-by-design architecture:

• Quotes and Customer Data: All data entered by the user (customer names, phone numbers, addresses, tax IDs, itemized rates, descriptions, and uploaded company logos) resides exclusively in local storage on the user's mobile device.
• Zero Proprietary Cloud: We do not operate central cloud databases that collect, parse, or archive your quotes or sensitive financial records.
• PDF Documents: Generated PDF files are compiled locally on device and shared only through explicit operating system share actions triggered by the user (e.g., via WhatsApp, Email, AirDrop, or local file save).

3. Third-Party Services

To ensure standard in-app purchase validation and software stability, the App integrates vetted services:

• In-App Purchase Management (RevenueCat): The App uses RevenueCat to validate digital purchase receipts from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and restore purchased licenses. RevenueCat handles anonymous app store identifiers and does not have access to credit card details or bank credentials. For more details: RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
• Crash Diagnostics (Sentry, optional): In the event of an unexpected crash, strictly technical diagnostic logs (device model, OS version, stack trace) may be collected to resolve software defects. No personal client data or quote content is included in diagnostic logs.

4. Camera and Photo Library Access

The App may request access to your photo library or camera solely to allow you to upload your company logo or business stamp for inclusion in generated PDF quotes. No photos or media are transmitted off your device.

5. User Rights and Data Deletion

Under the GDPR, you retain full ownership and control over your data:

• Right to Erasure: You can delete individual quotes, line items, or customer profiles directly inside the App at any time, or completely erase all stored data via in-app settings or by uninstalling the application.
• Data Portability: The App provides a local backup and export feature in settings, allowing you to export your data archive whenever you choose.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. Substantial changes will be reflected by the revision date at the top of this document and via app release notes.
