This privacy notice explains how Kharonte Studio protects the privacy of users who visit the website kharonte.dev, reach out via email for inquiries or custom projects, or use the applications created by the studio, in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679), the ePrivacy Directive, and applicable data protection laws.

1. Data Controller

The data controller is Davide (@kharonteAppDev), independent software developer and author of Kharonte Studio ("the Developer" or "the Controller").

Kharonte Studio represents the personal brand and portfolio of independent software development, application publishing, and bespoke technical projects carried out by the author.

2. Website kharonte.dev (Zero Cookies & Transparency)

The website is designed under a strict privacy-first architecture:

• Zero cookies and zero trackers: the website does not install profiling cookies, third-party analytics cookies, or behavioral trackers. Typography fonts and media assets are self-hosted without triggering requests to third-party servers.
• No cookie banner required: under EU ePrivacy regulations and national guidelines, because there are no tracking or non-essential cookies, no consent banner is needed or displayed.
• Technical server logs (Hosting): the website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc. / Microsoft Corp.). During standard web browsing, server logs temporarily capture technical transmission data (such as IP addresses, browser types, request timestamps) solely to maintain infrastructure security, mitigate abuse or cyber attacks, and ensure proper delivery. Legal basis: legitimate interest in technical reliability and system security (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). These logs are never used for profiling or shared with third parties.
• Email inquiries and project requests: when you voluntarily contact the Developer via email (e.g. through the mailto links on the website for inquiries, bespoke project discussions, or support), your email address and any details provided in your message are processed solely to respond to your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by the data subject (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest in communicating with you. Your information is never sold or used for unsolicited marketing.

3. Preventivi Facili Application

The mobile application Preventivi Facili (iOS and Android) is built on a privacy-by-design and local-first (Zero Cloud) architecture:

• Quotes and Customer Data: all data entered by the user (customer names, phone numbers, addresses, tax IDs, itemized rates, descriptions, and uploaded company logos) resides exclusively in local storage on the user's mobile device.
• No Proprietary Cloud: the Developer does not operate central cloud databases that collect, store, or read quotes created in the app.
• PDF Documents: generated PDF documents are compiled locally on your device and shared only through deliberate user action (e.g., via WhatsApp, email, AirDrop, or saving to file storage).
• In-App Purchases (RevenueCat): the app uses RevenueCat to validate purchase receipts issued by Apple App Store or Google Play Store and restore licenses. RevenueCat handles anonymous store-generated tokens without accessing payment details (credit cards or bank accounts, handled exclusively by Apple or Google). • Crash Reporting (Sentry, optional): in case of unexpected errors, technical diagnostics (device model, OS version, stack trace) may be transmitted solely to identify and fix bugs. No personal data or quote details are sent.
• Usage Analytics (Google Firebase Analytics): the app collects limited, pseudonymous events (e.g. viewing the Premium paywall, chosen plan, purchase outcome). Technical parameters such as app version, device model, OS, and approximate region may be attached. No names, contact details, company information, or quote contents are collected. Advertising ID collection is disabled. Data is used solely to improve the app based on legitimate interest. For details, see Google Privacy Policy.
• Camera & Photo Library Access: permission to access the photo library or camera is requested solely to allow users to select or photograph their business logo for PDF quotes. No photos leave the device.
• Deletion and Portability: users can delete individual quotes or clients inside the app at any time, or clear all data via app settings or by uninstalling the application. A local export/backup tool is also provided to download complete data archives.

4. Other Studio Applications
